Picnic Day is a longstanding UC Davis tradition that showcases the great breadth and excellence of all that UC Davis brings to the community of Davis and beyond. Each April, Aggies around the world celebrate UC Davis, and Aggie Engineers are no exception. Student clubs and teams, departments and the Dean's Office feature their latest and greatest for alumni and friends on Picnic Day.

Give Day 2023

The annual Give Day, a 29-hour online fundraising drive, will be held in conjunction with Picnic Day.

The Art of Semiconductors

Come visit the Electrical and Computer Engineering Graduate Student Association (ECE-GSA) in the quad and participate in kid-friendly art activities that demonstrate how semiconductor device fabrication works. Water and fun t-shirts for sale/donation.

Laser Maze

Navigate your way through a maze made entirely of laser beams. This is always one of Picnic Day’s most popular attractions, so get there early to avoid long lines!

EE-Emerge

Come and interact with the amazing EE-Emerge projects and get excited for electrical and computer engineering.
